The Summer Earn and Learn (SEAL) Program provides students with disabilities an opportunity to develop employment skills and preparation for successful transition to postsecondary education and employment.
Eligibility Requirements
- Determined eligible by Vocational Rehabilitation Services
- 16-22 years of age and a current high school or college student
- Attend Workplace Readiness Training
- Commit to working up to 200 hours
- Live in the Workforce Solutions Deep East Texas service area

- Paid work experience to help participants gain familiarity with the workplace environment and identify future career goals
